They are so awesome here! They got my car finished super quick so I could have it back before the long holiday weekend. I 100% would recommend them to everyone and will be back for any and all future needs they can help me with. Their prices are more than fair and they are super friendly and seem to genuinely care.

Had an issue with my clutch, owner greeted me and welcomed me with open arms after explaining and then understanding my situation. Staff were very helpful, pushing my car into a spot as I limped it there, as well as providing me a ride to Walmart while I waited on the part. They have a very sweet little dog in the office, named Gypsy, I believe. 🐶 Can’t say enough good things about these folks. I highly recommend their business if you’re in need of friendly and honest auto care!

Not a good shop. I had an ok experience with this shop the first couple of times, but the few visits afterwards were a nightmare. I had a radiator and water pump replaced, but the coolant system had a ton of sludge/residue built up in it that I was unaware of. The shop should have suggested a coolant system flush but they never even mentioned it. This led to my new water pump being destroyed. I also had another issue from this because they messed with some wiring from this visit that caused an electrical issue. I told them what happened and when I brought it back they still didn’t solve the wiring issue. I had to take it to another shop to have the problem fixed. The owner is also not competent or knowledgeable. She claimed my car had a certain feature that could be causing the electric issue, however that feature doesn’t exist in my car whatsoever. When I told other mechanics about this they laughed. You should look elsewhere. Edit: in response to the owner, this absolutely did happen. The other shop had to purge all of the sludge out of it and they put in a new water pump. I elected to just pay for a new water pump from another mechanic shop because that’s how bad my prior exp

I didn’t find Jaime until after I found out I had breast cancer. It was during my twins senior year and I was fighting parental alienation. I had two surgeries on my right breast back to back. I was working full time. I needed my car to be repaired by someone who I could trust not to rip me off. A friend suggested Jaime. I will never forget how I watched her inspect every car that leaves her shop. I watched Jaime treat everyone in her shop with respect and integrity. I took a transfer with my company and I was moving to Oregon. Jaime suggested I get my tire sensor lightd replaced. She did two at a time and broke it up for me. I get to Oregon and they don’t clean there roads. I was so happy to get them replaced. I moved 2,009 miles and my car had zero issues. Jaime even wrote down for my new mechanic everything she was watching on my car. They were shocked. I was not. I was recently in town. I gave Jaime a Lady Yota car social club shirt. But truthfully, what I got at Blue Springs Auto was priceless. A woman that stepped up and helped me out during the lowest time of my life. And did not overcharge me. Jaime asked me about Lady Yota. I have attached some photos. We we
